Need an exam: There are skin conditions (some serious) that can turn the skin white.  If the skin is actually discolored and white, it may need to be biopsied.  This is easily confused with white vaginal discharge that can be washed off.  Best wishes!

Sebaceous cysts most often disappear on their own and are not dangerous. Women fear that they are herpes.
