Swelling breasts: Are you sexually acitve? Then would check HCG blood urine for  pregnancy. If no pregnancy consider mammogram. It may just be pre-menstrual changes versus  pregnancy versus breast lesion. Also check prolactin and TSH ,

Ok in some cases,: if blockage of lubricating glands of the nipple area occur, this could have a white appearance. If color change is the skin, could be a sign of infection. To be sure an exam with your doctor is recommended, as the safest course of action.

Not cancer: Breast cancer fs a lesion that develops in the region of or within the ductal system of the breast ie DCIS.  Little black spots on the skin  of the breast are  skin lesions.  The most common would be blackheads from plugged early  developing sebaceous cysts.  By plucking the material from the cyst, the whitish material would be the sebaceous material of the developing cyst.

Chest pain ?'s: Pain in one area under breast may be secondary to rib fracture or injury.  Trauma from a fall, or sports injury can cause this sort of pain. See your physician for an exam and evaluation to be certain.

Hard to say: Could be a fungal infection like tinea alba or vitiligo (loss of pigment) or a reaction to a medicine or skin product.  Other things could do it, too, including leprosy!  See a doc and get it sorted out.
