No: Not on this platform. Best would be through your pediatrician that can recommend a family practitioner in the community. Skin lesions are best evaluated in person as in pictures depth is hard to estimate.

Tick bite: There are several infections possible from a tick bite. Most are concerned about lyme disease. Small chance of infection if you removed the tick within 48 hours of attachment. The typical sign is the reddish spot where the tick was surrounded by a larger red ring that usually is very much larger than a nickle. See doctor if you have fever with headache and muscle and joint pains.

I am not: sure what a spot on the lip refers to, but cold sore is usually a blister that opens up leaving a shallow ulcer on the lip. It is caused by Herpes Simplex usually type 1

Get checked out: Hard to see.  You need to be examined by a doctor. Could be a wart, could be skin cancer. I would recommend seeing your local general doctor first.
