Unclear question: If you are collecting 24 hour urine for cortisol, you obviosuly are under the care of a doctor and it would be better to address the question to your doctor. White particles may be innocous such as mucus or serious if it is pus.

Not the same: No, the urine changes are not due to endometriosis.  You should have your doctor check you for a urine infection.

Yeast...: It might be a yeast infection which is not uncommon to get after taking antibiotics. If you are also having itching and burning sensation you may try clotrimazole or Monistat vaginal cream over the counter. Check also for pregnancy if suspected and you have been sexually active. However, if the discharge is a lot and having also pain you should see your doctor for an exam and tests.

: Vaginal itching could be due to an infection. If this is the first time this is happening, it’s best to see a doctor in person to get a clear diagnosis before initiating any treatment.

Urinalysis: A urine examination would have been more useful than a CMP. Do you have any symptoms? Could it be mucus from your genital tract rather than coming from the urinary bladder?
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Urine in pregnancy: There could be many reasons why you have particles in your urine, but in particular during pregnancy, i would be worried about a few things.  This could represent an infectious process, protein in your urine, or mixture of vaginal discharge/urine.  It is best to have your urine analyzed by your doctor to make sure everything is ok.

UTI: Recurrent UTI in a man needs a detailed urologic investigation for anatomic abnormalities or physiological or epidemiological features causing this.  At the same time your urine can be examined to determine what the material you describe is. Without seeing this it is impossible to know.  See a urologist. Good luck.
