: I suspect you are oral infection with local reactive tonsils. Based on that you described, I could not tell exactly what the cause is but for sure you need antibiotic. 
You need to see another doctor or visit urgent care especially if you have underlying disease.

Don't worry: If they are horizontal, opposite where your upper and lower back teeth come together, they are normal.  That said, any white or red lesions should be investigated.  For peace of mind see your very knowledgeable General Dentist or an Oral Surgeon for a an evaluation.

White lines: There are many causes for small white line on your cheek.  Do you have pain, sensitivity, swelling?  How long have they been there?
The best thing for you to do is tell your parents  or guardian about this and have a dentist check the area.  The chance that this is cancer is extremely low, but there are other conditions that would need treatment .Good luck.

Fix your occlusion.: Your posterior teeth probably occluded in such the way the outside cusp of upper posterior teeth is in end to end with the outside cusp of lower teeth.  Go to your dentist to fix your occlusion with braces or crown.

Probably infection: but it could be leukoplakia, which can lead to cancer.  Either way, you should go and see a doctor for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.

A couple of thoughts: The first is yeast/candida. White film may occur, more likely on the tongue, with a fungal infection in the mouth. Usually there would also be burning. Occurs as the result of antibiotic, oral steroid use or immunodeficiency diseases (HIV). It could be leukoplakia, a chronic irritation of the mucous membranes from rough teeth, smoking. See your dentist, oral surgeon, Ear/Nose/Throat specialist.
