i also have these small white hairs on my breasts, but i have never been pregnant.  the hairs are super easy to pull out.  what are they? someone told me they were vellus hairs but can vellus hair be that easy to pull out?

Vellus Hair: This sound like vellus hair and it pulls out easier because the roots are not as deep in the skin.  It is also called Peach Fuz

Not unusual for one to start graying in their 20's. Most common reason for early graying is genetic Inheritance. If one's Parents started graying at Early age, one is more likely to do so also. Helps to eat Balanced Diet, take vitamins like B-12, Limit Stress

Not really: It's normal to get an occasional hair on the breast, particularly in the nipple area.  Just pluck it.  If you find lots of hair growing where it wasn't previously, then perhaps time to see your doctor for some hormone tests.

Get into good health: If one is in good health without hormonal imbalances (such as thyroid problems), hair will grow as much as nature allows. It may be one's destiny to have slower growing hairs as one ages (but that would be considered normal). Cutting hair makes no difference in how the remaining hair grows, because the hair that is outside the skin is not alive and doesn't communicate with the rest of the body.

i notice some very tiny black hair (hardly noticeable/dots) growing  in the middle of my breasts and some inner & lower parts of my breasts. problem?

Probably: COMPLETELY normal....If you remove such hairs  yourself they may grow back as coarser and blacker replacements..see a Dermatologist if you are concerned about the COSMETIC effects!

Yes.: The skin on the breast is like other skin on the body. The dark circle around the nipple, called the areola, contains hair follicles. Hair on the breast is normal. If it bothers you, you may cut with a scissors since plucking or shaving may lead to infection.
