hi i discovered about 5 grey hairs in my head, i'm 19. my parents did not grey early. does this mean i have white hair by 20s. does stress cause this?

Yes and no: Severe illness and stress can indeed induce some hair changes, both in color and density.  This is relatively uncommon, however.

Just don't pull them out because 5 new will grow for every one you pull ;-)

Sometimes...: Stress does often cause heightened facial tension which can lead to wrinkles. Also people with high stress and depression often have poor nutritional and self care habits, are more likely to smoke, etc. So basically, the secondary factors are the greatest contributors, as opposed to the depression itself.

We don't yet know: According to scientific american, "scientists are beginning to gather clues that stress can hasten the graying process, but there is no scientific evidence demonstrating a cause-and-effect relationship." the possible explanations are technical and have to do with the effects of stress hormones  interfering with the delivery of pigment to the hair.  Genetic programing certainly plays a big role.
