Could be infected: You need to see your physician and get  an evaluation. This needs to be quckly treated. It could be infected.

Tiny=keep clean: Infants will heal quickly from tiny wounds if they are kept clean. An application of a small amount of antibiotic cream over the wound can also help. Visualizing the site multiple times/day to monitor healing is also reasonable.

Headache: You need to see your doctor for an examination to determine the cause of the headache.  E.G. You may have high blood pressure or some other ailment that requires treatment.

H/A: Vision checked both  by opthalmologist and developmental optometrist for focus issues ? Have you had MRIs ( checked for Chiari malformation? of brain MRA ( where they look at the vessels and make sure no aneurysms/AVMs l),  have you been diagnosed with  migraine? Checked  for idiopathtic cerebral hypertension ( any vision  issues ,balance issues?)  f/u/ w/neurology/ optometry sight/ focus/ trackin

Options: Hair loss is multi-factorial: genetics, stress, hormone problems, thyroid problems, mental illness, male pattern baldness, trauma, etc.
The most common pattern that i see in my practice revolves around the genetic component.  Review by surgeons who offer hair transplantation is recommended.  Multiple options.
