Red dots: I suggest that get evaluated by your primary doctor or gynecologist. The red bumps could be local irritation but if at risk, would need to be checked for herpes or warts.

i found a light brown tiny looking dot on the hood of my clitoris. not itchy, no pain or anything. looks like a freckle. ive never seen it before. can it be something serious? when should i see a doctor about it? i dont know what its from. no stds?

can fordyce spots appear on the corners of the clitoris hood? i thought two tiny white dots were smegma but they won't come off. i tried squeezing but my clitoris is always too sensitive for that?

: Fordyce spots are enlarged oil glands and appear as whitish yellow bumps. They are innocuous and go away by themselves. Avoid scratching the area, avoid using any chemicals,  avoid greasy creams, avoid excessive heat, humidity or stress. You can use coconut oil alone or mixed with lavender oil for symptomatic relief. See the Gynecologist to confirm the diagnosis and rule out STD. Hope it helps.

boil or pimple: Probably will resolve without anything further attention.  Anytime there is puss it ultimately needs to come out.

Vaginal swelling : Would f/u with MD may be yeast infection or  include swollen infected Bartholin gland which may need lancing or other infection.( never had herpes in past? ). Used any new products? as may be allergic reaction.  f/u/ w/ gyn

Gyn evaluation: Clitoral enlargement can be caused by certain hormonal abnormalities. Clitoral engorgement can be caused by trauma or in rare cases a benign epidermoid cyst. Have a gynecologist examine the area to determine if any abnormalities are present
