hi. i'm 5 days late but about 2 weeks ago when i wiped i had a light pink spotting one time. now i have a lot of white discharge. what's going on?

Any chance of preg?: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If not pregnant, other causes of a late or missed period include:  excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (especially birth control pills), hormonal disorders, etc…  a visit to one’s ob-gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.

Its hormonal: need to watch cycle very closely; spotting that happens in place of a regular period maybe a sign of pregnancy

i took plan b 2 days before i started ovulating then i had creamy white discharge a few days later. now im spotting what does this mean?

Pregnancy test: If it has been 3 weeks since you had sex, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex.

is it normal to see yellow discharge after spotting for a few days? i can see the white discharge mixed with it. i have no other issues. this the only day it has happened

It happens sometimes: Many women have occasional variation of their mucus discharge, some spotting between periods, a heavier or lighter period, a longer or shorter period, or even a missed period. Having one or two of these symptoms doesn’t necessarily mean there is a medical problem, but a visit to a primary care or Ob-Gyn doctor is a good idea if the discharge continues to look different than usual, or smells badly.

Might be hormones: Depo has built-in margin of safety in most pts ofa month. It can be wearing off and you can be getting ready to cycle on your own, and either get pregnant or have a period. If hpt still neg in  2-3 wks you might see a med professional about options.

Normal: Some spotting /bleeding occurs in the first trimester in 1/2 of all pregnancies. Most often we never know why. Hopefully that is the case this time. Just follow your doctor's advice and best wishes for you and your baby.

Normal: After the period the normal vaginal discharge will continue.  That is how the vagina maintains itself. The vaginal discharge will vary from thin and watery to thick and sticky.

Spotting: Hi, when was your last menstrual period? Are you sexually active? Do you use protection? A home pregnancy test is the first step if you are sexually active, otherwise spotting is very common.
