Plan B: The brown discharge is likely old, deoxygenated blood.  Use of Plan B two months ago should not be the cause of current issues.

: Plan B alters the hormonal balance and may explain the symptoms. If you do not get a period, by 3 weeks after the episode of sex, do a home pregnancy test.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may get implanted contraceptive, or IUD.
