You : You may have had a cyst or a small abscess(infection). The small white bump could be the same. It is very difficult to say with such limited information and without examining you myself. You stated you were "kind of concerned;" whenever you feel this way, you should see your doctor.

Vaginal infection?: You may have "bumped" into a vaginal yeast infection. A GYN MD can determine what the "bump" is and also treat any infection if needed when seen.

It : It sounds like it may be a cyst. However other lesions are possible (abscess, wart, etc.) therefore you should have your family doctor or gynecologist take a look at it. Another option is to soak three times a day for 15 minutes in a warm bath with epsom salt ( not too much wate)r. If you do not notice an improvement or the lesion worsens see your doctor.

Possibly: Wart is possible, if it is, it will get bigger over time.  Just as likely to be trapped hair follicle, sebaceous cyst. Warm compresses 10 min/day or sitz bath for 3-5 days.  Should resolve.  If it persists, go to primary care doc for evaluation if you are still concerned

: I think that most likely a duct of a gland in your vagina became blocked causing a cyst to form. An STD wouldn't manifest itself in only 12 hours after an exposure. The incubation period for most STD' s is anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
