Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is very painful, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Some throat lozenges and Tylenol (acetaminophen) can lessen pain.

By itself it does not mean anything bad, usually they are just mad about something and that is how they show it. If it spooks you have his doc examine him.

the outside of them should be very thin, with nothing on the inside aspect of the midfoot area of the print - taken when standing. If you see the above - you have high arches that do not flatten under your body weight.
