Urinary urgency: Not knowing which gender you are makes this answer to be broad.  But, perhaps this sensation is about the pressure that comes with intercourse. You and your partner may be lying on one another and this increases the abdominal pressure and thus pressure on your bladder.

I think the urge of urinating is caused by a swollen prostate after sexual activity which irritates the bladder. Some old people  may have the slow initiating of urination after sexual activity and it has the same reason.
