Plan b  treatment: Plan B pills are not the best way for contraception they are not 100% effective in preventing pregnancy.If you are using them 'back to back' you really need to think about getting a more efficient way of contraception such as birth control pill.

Depends: The periods should revert back to their usual pattern right after stopping the pills.  If a patient had irregular menses before taking the pill, they are likely to go back to irregular.  If they were very regular, every 28 days, then they should go back to that pattern.

Testosterone: No. In america there is no such pill.  If at 17 you truly have low testosterone you have to be fully evaluated for why this is. An endocrinologist or a good men's health expert should be able to find this cause and help you get back to normal health.

i have 250 mg pills that i take. how much do you recommend he take per day to get back to normal?

1-2 pills: If his kidney functions are ok he can 250-500 mg magnesium. If he gets diarrhea cut the dosage why he has low magnesium ?  Does he take water pills? Does he have muscle aches or pains or muscle cramps high BP or heart problems. These are some symptoms of magnesium deficiency

See a trainer: If your symptoms only occur after long runs, see a trainer. Also check your shoes to see if they are running shoes, not just ordinary shoes. Don't rely on pills to help you. Pills do not correct a structural defect.

Contraception: Go back and take the 10th pill.  The final pills are dummy pills to just help you remember to keep taking them.  Therefore you may be at risk of getting pregnant, so take extra precautions this month.

my body started itching early december last year, when i take allergex tablet the itching goes away but when i stop taking the pills the itching comes back after a day and i have not been eating anything out of the ordinary. any help?

Itching: Itching without rash can be caused by excessively dry skin, diabetes, thyroid disorder, kidney or liver disease, certain malignancies and blood diseases. I recommend consulting an allergist for evaluation and appropriate testing.

None: I would avoid any nonessential medicine during pregnancy if possible. Try massage, stretching and physical therapy instead, or yoga.
