I suspect not: I know of nothing in the medical literature that says soy causes palpitations. There is some evidence that soy can help some menopausal women with palpitations.

No: Mixture of globular proteins isolated from whey, the liquid material created as a by-product of cheese production. Used as a dietary supplement for muscle building. Some people experience digestive issues following use like gas, bloating, cramps, headaches and irritability. If you heart is irregular see a physician for ekg and physical exam. If happen after the whey stop it and see a doctor.

Both: Both can give you an increase acidity and give you heartburn. Avoid foods that gives you symptoms.

Vagal Response: In general, most cardiac rhythm disturbances will not cause nausea.  However, there is a condition that can cause both nausea and arrhythmia (particularly slow heart rate), and that is called a vagal response.  This is an abnormal reflex response which causes the heart rate to abnormally slow, and also has concurrent symptoms of nausea and/or "cold sweats" and/or lightheadedness.

Hard to answer: There are hundreds if not thousands of abnormal heart rhythms.  Rapid heart types are usually called tachycardias and slow heart types are called bradycardias.  There is a lot of variability in between.  Your pcp is a great place to start and depending on what they say, may refer you to a cardiologist or other heart specialist.
