Caffeine: caffeine acts like a diuretic and causes increased urination..the tenderness you feel is likely from fluid retention...you should however get examined if the problem continues

been on birth control for 4 months it made my boobs feel a little larger since ive been on it but they didnt hurt. now in the 4th month of being on birth control, my boobs have started to feel sore/tingly. pregnancy or can the pill affect this late?

: It is likely to be the effect of the pill and change in size of your breasts. If you had sex since your last period and miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. . If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days, unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

Support Bra!: you must be referring to the axillary tail of the breast.
One thing that may help alot is right fitting supportive maternity bras:

wider straps
soft cups as opposed to underwire
cotton and breathable fabrics to keep you cool

Also:
loose fitting clothes
try cold compress over the area 
warm showers

why does the lower left side of my stomach hurt is it a pregnancy sign? haven't had my period for 7months. my boobs, hands, and feet are sensitive .

Perhaps: If you have not had a period for 7 months, you absolutely should take a pregnancy test.  Other reasons for left lower quadrant pain could be ovulation, constipation, infection or musculoskeletal.  If the pain has been severe or persistent, you should see your doctor.
