Obstructed: Hydronephrosis of one or both kidneys means there is blockage or obstruction preventing the urine from flowing normally from the kidney to the bladder, and then out the urethra.  There are many causes such as stones, tumors, scarring, etc.  If blockage occurs below the bladder i.E an enlarged prostate in a male, both kidneys will be involved.  If severe and chronic, can result in kidney failure.

Dialysis two times: Unfortunately, your kidney function is not good enough to keep you off dialysis. You have some residual kidney function (rkf) allowing you to have 2 dialysis sessions/week. As the months go on, you may need to be dialyzed three times/week as your rfk declines. I do not think that anything can be done to reverse your kidney failure and only a kidney transplant can get you off hemodialysis.
