More info needed: What do you take to get rid of the pain? Do you take any medication regularly? How often? When did you get your eyes checked last? Do you have a family history of migraines? Is your eye-sight affected?

: Stress causes headaches in many.  Headaches can be anywhere. Having a headache makes many more anxious and one can get into a positive feed back loop: head ache, worry about it, more headache etc. There are good treatments for anxiety and headache but must be directed at the cause(s). Cheeers.

Tension headaches: Top of the head can mean tension type headache although the nature of the pain along with accompanied signs and symptoms.  For pressure like or tension like pain, applying ice on the neck as well as on temples for a few minutes can help.
