: If you have taken the pills as prescribed and have been on them for more than a month, your body has responded by not releasing eggs. Your protection is present on all days of the cycle. If the pill is new many OBGYNS advise backup protection the first month until the body adapts.

Patience: It can take several cycles for the pill to regulate the cycle, spotting and bleeding when first starting the pill is common.  If is continues beyond three months, then see the doctor.

Ocp: Any birth control pill could help regulate the cycle. You can use three pills for 2 days that 2 for two days than one a day and that would stop the cycle.

Yes: I assume you mean a birth control pill. They may be started up to the fifth day of menstruation but keep in mind that the first cycle may not be pregnancy protected.

Not ok: In order for birth control to be effective they need to be taken exactly as directed ---one pill daily. After the 7 days break you restart the next pack regardless of if you are bleeding or not.
