Masturbating too much?: Sometimes masturbating too frequently will delay ejaculation. If that is the situation try not to masturbate for a whole week and see if ejaculation occurs quicker during intercourse.

: You don't get pregnant from random contact with a toilet. Normal women can occasionally skip menses for up to 60-90 days and at that point some OBGYNS would offer meds to bring on a cycle. It has nothing to do with vaccines.

Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. : The withdrawal method (where the male pulls out and ejaculates outside of the vagina) is only 80% effective at preventing pregnancy. This means 20% of women (1 in 5) will get pregnant using this method. This is because small amounts of sperm containing fluid are released as soon as the penis is erect and continues during the sexual act. Take a pregnancy test and use contraception.

: HIV contact with skin is zero risk for infection. The skin of the penis is no more susceptible than the skin anywhere on the body. Post exposure prophylaxis (PEP, not PrEP) is not necessary.
