UTI?: I presume you have been tested every time and that some urine cultures have been obtained? Sometimes, infections are incompletely tried and sometimes they can be recurrent. Are the symptoms cyclic and/or associated with sex? If you are having symptoms, see your doc.

It could help: Hi. Seeing as Urispas is not an antibiotic, it will not eliminate the infection but will help with some of the symptoms that are associated with a bladder infection.

UTI: Knowing which bacteria caused your bladder infection usually dictates the antibiotic to be used after susceptibility tests are done. If you do not feel better within 48 to 72 hours, either ask your doctor for the next best antibiotic or have a repeat urine culture done. Studies have shown that drinking cranberry juice can help treat a urine infection.

Antibiotics/cranberr: Best to find out if there is any treatable cause for your utis. R u drinking enough? Nightly Macrodantin (nitrofurantoin) can prevent recurring bladder infections. Some people find that cranberry juice or cranberry capsules can help to prevent them.

One : If a culture is performed, the results should yield the correct antibiotic for the infection. There are natural treatments as well. The most common bacteria for uti's has shown to be successfully killed using cranberry.

No: It is not normal to have that many bladder infections.  You should consider a referral to a urologist to be worked up for this problem.  This can ofter be treated.  Hope this helps.

I don't believe: that any home remedies will be adequate to treat a urinary tract infection. The offending organism needs to be eradicated.  For instance an antibiotic would be used for a bacterial infection. Symptoms may include burning with urination, having to go frequently, small amounts. etc.

Probably not: At least not unless you're pregnant. How do you know you have an infection if you have no symptoms? Many "infections" noted on routine urinalysis clear on their own. Very few women died with untreated bladder infections before we had antibiotics.

Bladder infections: The only sure remedy to treat a bladder infection (BI) is by appropriate antibiotics. Its symptoms are burning on urination and frequency. A BI is seen more commonly in women than men, as the have a shorter urethra so bacteria can enter their bladder easier. If you have symptoms of a BI, see a physician, have your urine cultured and get started on an appropriate antibiotic. Good luck.

Yes: You need to find out the cause and try to fix it before these infections cause major damage.
