Tests are accurate: Pregnancy happens only if you have unprotected sexual intercourse around the time of your ovulation (a few days window) when you have a mature egg ready to be fertilized. Neither the egg nor the sperm survives more than 3-5 days. If you had no recent sex, there is no need for pregnancy testing

Pregnancy test: If you are pregnant and 21 weeks, yes a pregnancy test would be positive. But at 21 weeks, you would probably be feeling movement. If you are that late and  pregnancy test is negative, you should see your GYN.

Never to late: Home pregnancy test are very reliable. The problem can be taking the test too early before there is a rise in  HCG (the hormone that increases with pregnancy) You were protected and have had multiple negative test. You are not pregnant

10 days : Ome pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.
