Sure but: I have seen a few patients come in to the hospital ready to deliver and they did not think they were really that far along. A few times patients have delivered at home not thinking they were laboring so fast. These are certainly the exceptions to the the normal course of labor

if my waters break after 37 weeks & contractions don't start immediately, & there has been no complications in my pregnancy nor is baby "too big". is it necessary for the gynaecologist to induce my labour?can you wait for labor to naturally progress?

It may be ok,: But concerns about increasing risk of infection, causing harm to you or baby, are the reasons we tend to recommend induction sooner.

White water: Any type of unusual vaginal discharge during pregnancy should be evaluated.  Although a white discharge is normal, anything else may represent amniotic fluid indicated ruptured membranes.

No, hydration is: Important during pregnancy. Water is the best way to hydrate. Just insure that water is from a safe source.

Yes: This presentation sounds like preejaculate which is usually loaded with sperm. It is usually clear, stretchy and sticky but absolutely able to cause pregnancy.

after masturbation i had speem on my hand i washed it soap and water then after i dried my hands with towel. is there any chance of pregency if my family members uses that towel.

Mineral water: Mineral water should not affect the baby in any way, but as long as it contros your vomiting it is beneficial.

Good: If the surgery went well and you have no other reasons to have preterm delivery, your chances are very good if reaching viability.

is my pregnancy tester clean if i just close the cap off after using it? i have kept it in a bag in my closet a long time ago so i was thinking if it is not clean enough bc i didnt wash it after closing the cap off. pls lmk if it can spread any pee?

: What do you mean by pregnancy tester? Any modern home pregnancy test has at least a testing strip and sometimes an included solution that should remain sealed until just before use and will have an expiration date. The testing strip and solution contain specific proteins that degrade and become unreliable. Clean or not its hard to believe your previously opened (and used?) test will work.
