High physiological: arousal to life can be experienced as positive or negative, excitement or anxiety.  What goes on in our mind (self-talk) makes all the difference.  A mental health professional can tell you more.  Cognitive psychology can be helpful.  Peace and good health.

Insomnia: A vicious cycle. Might start by tracking sleep hygiene - Keep diary for 1-2 weeks that includes monitoring sleep hygiene behaviors and daily onset/awakening. If modifying behaviors is too much, see a doctor to discuss options, including medication or cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (recommended for non medical-related insomnia). Back pain: You may want to get your back checked by an orthopedist.  If they find no structural problem, than it may be a muscular pain that could be treated with physical therapy or a chiropracter

Morning Vomiting: These are concerning symptoms, particularly the blood in the vomit, that need to be evaluated by a physician.  It doesn't sound like an emergency, but needs further evaluation.  Likely you will need blood tests and an evaluation of your stomach, such as a upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, to figure out what is causing your symptoms.  Best wishes!

Dizziness: Sudden, persistent dizziness can be from a viral inner ear infection.  I would suggest going to the emergency room, as they can give you medication to allege the symptoms.  Feel, better.

Why??: are you depressed,are you sick.
the biggest question is why?
depression,low on male hotmone,infection from viral to bacteria,can cause the same symtoms,could be ADHD, or a nacrolepsy.
either way you need to see a physician for a full evaluation,and proper diagnosis,and treatment.
the issue is to complicated to be answered with a few simple words on line.
