Abdominal cyst: May be lipoma or cyst  or fibroma would consider ultrasound  to identify it and follow up with  surgeon. May or may not need biopsy or excision depending on imaging findings.

Depends on the cause: There are many things that could cause the skin to itch.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Time & exercise: The loose skin is probably due to weight loss.  Your body needs to tighten up and shrink which is a great thing but won't happen overnight.  Be patient.

Petechiae.: If these just appeared you should see your doc to have some testing done.  These may represent tiny leaking capillaries as a result of a low platelet count  (itp) or vessel damage (vasculitis).

Please stop drinking: Your symptoms signal a problem. How serious the problem and what organ(s) is(are) involved will be determined by appropriate medical evaluation--see your doctor. In the meantime, &amp; since you've acknowledged the problem already, please by all means stop drinking alcohol!  Your body is trying to tell you something!
