: Neg colonoscopy means that the problems are from hemorrhoids. Removal should help. In the meantime sitz baths ( sitting in warm water) and OTC hemorrhoid ointment applications should bring relief.

i have the following symptoms: pain in my testes especially on the left, the size of left testes get smaller than usual sometime and returns back, pains in testes when under a cold environment. semen leak out when i poop and when i sleep. what's this?

Urologist: I recommend consulting a urologist for evaluation and treatment. Semen leakage, testicular area discomfort may occur with epididymitis or prostate problems. Inflammation or pathology of the testicle itself is less likely.

See GI specialist: Drink Clear Liquid for next 24 hours and then BRAT Diet. Avoid Dairy(Milk ) and Gluten Product for next 6 weeks After that you may reintroduce one food group at a time.
 If you travelled out of country recently?
Did you take any antibiotics rcently? If so, check Stool examinations  . Hope this helps your Diarrhea. If there is no improvement you may need Colonoscopy

Wrong hole: Women have more than one hole, but sperm must enter the correct hole in order to swim to the egg and create a pregnancy. Any activities in the wrong hole do not lead to pregnancy (unless other activities happen "in the heat of the moment"). As an aside, if one is able to take birth control pills, they prevent pregnancy quite well regardless of what sexual activities are going on.

: No constipation will not cause this.  However what is causing the constipation might. Say severe hypothyroidism/myxedema.  Google this &amp; look at images to see if you look like you might have it severe enough to be the cause. Also some laxatives will deplete body K &amp; make you tired &amp; weak. This can balloon the large gut &amp; stretch out its muscles so it becomes poor in aiding emptying. Over time the sensation of need to go fades &amp; you either leak or pass hard/bulky poop.
