: Do you lose your balance when you close your eyes and you are standing on level ground? You can see a neurologist for an evaluation to be certain there is not an issue. If you keep your balance with your eyes open, then keep them open when going up or down stairs to prevent a fall. Good luck!

At : At this point you have complex headache symptoms to include loss of balance, dizziness, vomiting and blacking out. Your headaches are also quite frequent.  You could easily fall and become injured. You absolutely need to be seen by the doctor. Your physician is likely to refer you to a neurologist. The source of your headaches needs to be evaluated, so that you can be properly treated.

Our eyes provide visual input to the brain about our position.

Many causes: If the vision is diminishing in one eye only, you need to have an ophthalmologist examine your eyes quickly.  There are many causes from a need for glasses, vascular problems, systemic disease like diabetes, retinal detachment and many others.  Get evaluated as soon as possible.
