Ovulation : In a typical 28 day cycle, ovulation happens on day 14. To better pinpoint ovulation, you can check ovulation predictor kits, starting testing daily on day 10 of your cycle. The day of positive result and next 2 days are the most fertile days.

Usually ovulation occurs during mid period. If your period is 28 days,ovulation occurs 13th or 14th day of your cycle.To be certain,you can check it with a urine dip stick you can purchase from local drug store.

14 days after LMP: With a 28-day cycle, ovulation happens around day 14.  That is day 14 counting from the beginning of a period (the first day of bleeding is day 1).  That is also known as 14 days after lmp, which means last menstrual period.

Depends on if the...: Depends on if the periods are regular or vary a lot. Just count the number of days from the start of one period until the day before the start of the next period. That means the first day of menstrual bleeding is day 1 of each cycle.

14 days after: If the FIRST day of your last period was 11/11/2913 and you have 28-day cycles, you most likely ovulated on  11/25/2013

Ejaculation: Ejaculation on day of ovulation can result in pregnancy.  Without ejaculation pregnancy would not occur.

A little too early: Based on a last menstrual period start date of 8/19, and assuming regular cycles, then conception would be most likely to occur around 9/2.  Intercourse on 8/30 is possible given that sperm can live for up to 72 hours.  If you are trying to avoid pregnancy, then you can still consider emergency contraception.  You are most likely to ovulate around 9/2.
