Cancer unlikely: In your age group, lung cancer would be very unlikely.  Wheezing is not normal and perhaps the "howling" sound is a form of wheezing?  I would see your doctor for exam to determine if you have any lung problems or not.

Nasal wheeze: Since this symptom occurs after eating and it apparently doesn't matter what you eat, some sort of vasomotor reflex rather than an allergic reaction appears to occur. The nose may drip some liquid with this type of reflex. You could try instilling a nasal decongestant spray before you eat to see if the nasal wheeze is prevented.

Virus induced: Viral infection has turned out to be the most common cause for worsening in asthma (exacerbation).  Frequently, you may need a short course of steroid , besides the usual asthma medications, to control the asthma triggered by a viral infection. 
Washing your hands more often may reduce virus exposure.

Common: The first months are troubled by their narrow nasal passages.Exposure to dust, fragrences, smoke &amp; other irritants aggravates this.Baby tries to flush these out of the nose  with mucous but this often ends as congestion &amp; produces cough &amp; sneezing. The best rx is washing out the nose with saline &amp; suctioning the remainder. Eliminate irritants from babies environment &amp; this will happen less
