Various bugs if itch: Various bugs can leave a tiny, almost invisible, hole in the skin. The bite area should be a bit raised, into a welt. It should be itchy and a little reddened. If there is a tiny hole in the skin with no reaction around it, it may just be a skin pore plugged with a comedone (a clump of old skin cells), which is fairly common and is one of the causes of acne.

Need exam: Your "morse code" and head pain may be due to eustachian tube and sinus dysfunction due to allergy.  If so, Afrin nasal spray at night may help.  Also, depression and emotional distress may be due to hypothyroidism.  
Allergies also more likely with hypothyroidism.  See book, Hypothyroidism, the Unsuspected Illness by Broda Barnes, MD.  A little thyroid may help many of your symptoms.

Eustachian tube dysf: Try decongestants or a nasal steroid.  There is fluid blocking your eustachian tube.

It : It sounds like a fungal rash (tinea corporis). Try an over the counter anti-fungal cream; Clotrimazole twice a day is a good choice. If there is no improvenment in 1-2 weeks then Hydrocortisone up to four times a day may work if it is a dermatitis or an eczematous rash. If that does not work encourage your friend to see a doctor.

Depends : On the size of the swelling or induration. This is why they need to be seen and read 48 hours after being placed.

A bump on the : Skin could be benign or worrisome . Sounds like your bump is resolving on its own. Observe for now. Take pictures to see the progress of the " bump". If getting bigger, red, tender, pussy and febrile- you will need to see your doctor for treatment.

Abscess: This could be now an abscess and might need to be opened under local anesthesia. Have it looked at by your primary care physician for evaluation and treatment.

my daughter was bit by a spider? since it looks like two small spots. it's been a couple days. redness isn't spreading. skin is a little harder. er?

Spider bite: Watch for signs of infection. Take to ER/ urgent care if  redness spreads, the area gets more swollen, tender, spiking fever, develops pain

Accepted Answer

: Keep it clean. Insure your tetanus is current, with 10 years. If it did penetrate the skin, an antibiotic is often indicated. For sure if you experienced redness or swelling or your body becomes otherwise sick, such as fever.
