Maybe: If you have hay fever and become allergic to black molds, Claritin or Allegra may reduce the runny nose, sneezing, and itchy nose but not likely the congestion.  However inhaled nasal steroid or antihistamine usually works better.

Low risk: Black mold is problematic for people with definitive allergies to the mold but, if you're not allergic to the mold just being in the same room with the mold without disturbing the mold should not pose a health risk. There's a lot of hysteria about "black mold" perpetuated by companies that charge exorbitant prices to eradicate it...it's not a big health risk.

: Any thing is possible but chances of your rash being from mold are low. Get rid of the mold in yourb house and see your Md for proper diagnosis and traetment

Depends: The poisoning from black molds (unless in an industrial or farming occupation) is not a common problem.  Even if you are exposed to the toxins, the effects usually disappear within days after the exposure. On the other hand, if you have become sensitized or allergic  to the molds, the effects may linger forever.

No set time: Depends on what the symptoms are.  The so-called microbial volatile organic compounds which give you the musty odor can irritate your nose, eyes, and lungs nearly instantly- if strong enough. The allergic sensitization may takes days or months to develop.  Do note that not all people exposed to black molds develop diseases.

Allergy consult: The toxic effects from "black mold"exposure are often exaggerated.  A certain percentage of people exposed to it may develop asthma, hay fever, sinus infections recurrent pneumonia and etc. The best treatment is to move out of the place where the black mold has been found until the problem has been fixed.  If problem continues, see an allergist who can help you in pinpointing the cause and Rx.

A good shower: The toxic effects from molds are often over-exaggerated . A good shower will often take care of it in your situation if that was just a single exposure in an office or home.

No test : While some molds make a "mycotoxin", there is no test to see if you were exposed.  When patients have symptoms of black mold exposure, it's an allergic reaction and not a poisoning.  For almost all patients ever exposed, it's not a problem that needs to be concerned about.

No: Do you otherwise feel ok?  I would disinfect the camel bak bladder or buy a new one. Drink plenty of water and monitor your symptoms. You should be fine. This actually happens far more common than you would think. Make it a habit of cleaning your hydration systems. I only put plain water in mine, which helps to prevent this, but it still needs cleaning.

Symptoms or sensitiv: Once you have become sensitized allergically, you will like remain so for a long time although the degree of the sensitivity may decline with time. On the other hand, your allergy symptoms should subside within days or at most weeks after cessation of exposure which may not be totally possible since the same mold spores, although  in much smaller quantities, are usually found in the air.
