No: Not really. It can show signs of inflammation or infection and anemia. Unless you get some infection from your partner, it should not show that you had sex.

Yes: It would depend on the state of histoplasma infection. May people have asymptomatic infection with this organism.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Nope: A patient with hd can have a normal CBC (and normal serum chemistry for that matter).

Varies.: Depends on the machine being used to process the laboratory result.  Some older machines can take up to 1 hour, some machines take about 5 minutes after the sample has been put in.  The getting the results, printing them out, or faxing them could take forever.  But that's a human that's responsible for that process.  :)

Yes: A drink or two does not affect the cbc, however chronic use does depress the bone marrow and lowers blood cell counts, especially platelets.

Monocytosis: The small increase in monocytes could indicate a mild viral infection.This also could be a part of stress response. I wouldn't be worried about it especially if your other cell counts are normal.
