i have a wound currently in the healing process from a skin biopsy on the back of neck, i feel a lymph node next to it ??its small can hardly tell unless i tilt my head a certain way could that have caused it to flare ? (test came back negative) btw?

Wax buildup: Sounds like you have wax build up with some part that's loose.
See your pcp and have them examine and clean out your ear as needed.  Don't try to do it yourself because you don't want to damage your ear drum especially if you have a large amount of wax buildup.

good day im suffering from.servere headaches only on my right hand side it feels like electric shocks and i'm unable to make fast movements or tilt my head back. i've already been for a blood test . please help as the pain is unbearable. ?

Severe headaches : If the pain is severe you should see your doctor. Headaches are seldom diagnosed by blood tests. Some things come to mind. A pinched nerve in the lower back of the head near the neck seems most likely. There are severe other possible things. Trigeminal neuralgia, an inflammation of one of the nerves on the face is also possible.

See a doctor soon.: This may be a sign of vertebralbasilar insufficiency syndrome - this means the blood vessels in the back of the neck supplying the brain may be compromised and you could be at risk of stroke.  Be seen soon.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination. However, it may have been a cramp. If you get recurrence of the symptom, it would be prudent to see a doctor and ascertain if wearing a collar may be warranted.

: I would be concerned about impingement or pressure on the spinal cord by a bulging or herniated disc in the neck. Rather than pinching a nerve root latterally, I think your symptoms suggest a central pressure directly on the spinal cord affecting your legs. I recommend consulting a neurologist or neurosurgeon for evaluation &amp; appropriate testing.

ENT+GI docs to check: If something is in the throat or neck, an ear-nose-throat doctor and a gastroenterologist should evaluate. The doctors can decide if it's worthwhile to do a cine-esophagram or other swallowing study to see if something happens during swallowing. Sometimes, nothing can be found at the present time, but rechecking later may locate a problem, especially if the problem has grown big enough to show up.
