: Scabies can be transmitted with using the same bed, towel, comb or any thing of personal use. It can cause intense itching then rash and blister. Hand should not transmit any other sexually transmitted diseases but if in doubt, testing is preferred over speculation. See your doctor for confirmation of scabies &amp; treatment. All beddings, shoes which can not be washed, put sealed bags for 6 weeks

Not to worry...: Without the benefit of examining you, i would guess that you have a condition known as ppp, or pearly penile papules.  This is a totally benign condition and requires no treatment.  If you are concerned, see you doctor for a proper evaluation.

It presents as a very intense cold, fever, sometimes headache and sore throat.  The hospitalizations are mostly related to severe respiratory illness,  so watch for shortness of breath, wheezing, difficulty breathing, fast breathing.  The rash does not look like acne.
