Depends on symptoms: A patient with bothersome raynaud's symptoms can work closely with his primary care and rheumatology doctors to identify the things that trigger the vasospasm (in order to avoid them) and do trials of various drug therapies to see which medications or combinations of drugs give the best effect. Some experimental treatments can be tried. In very mild cases, lifestyle changes may resolve symptoms.

Unlikely: Without typical color changes in the finers, Raynauds is unlikely. Normal feet often will experience color changes in response to cold.

Possibly nothing: Patients with mild raynauds may not require treatment. I dont know where you leave for example but i still would suggest keeping your extremities warm such as gloves on the hands for example. I would rec. Quitting smoking if you do. You may benefit from low dose medications but many of my patient with mild raynauds do not take anything. Speak with your physician and come up with a plan.

No: Studies have shown that beta blockers have no significant effect in causing or worsening Raynauds symptoms.

Treatable.Underlying: Raynaud's can be treated quite well with a number of drugs, most specifically calcium channel blockers.  Everyone with raynaud's should have subungual capillary microscopy, usually performed by a rheumatologist.  If abnormalities are present, they usually indicate an underlying disease such as crest syndrome, pss, mctd, and occasionally anti-phospholipid syndrome.  These conditions may require rx.

See below: This is condition where the blood vessels vasospasm in response to cold which is why is important to avoid cold.  On occasion this can be associated with a number conditions such as autoimmune disease.  Consider seeing rheumatologist for evaluation.

Mystery: The cause is not completely understood but we know that cold temperatures and stress cause the small vessels in the hands and feet to constrict, causing pain.

Avoid cold temperatures and stress.  Also try to avoid smoking.

See a Rheumatologist: This is a uncommon condition which should be handled by a specialist who deals with collagen-vascular conditions . There can be an underlying cause which requires detailed  investigations to rule it out. That is where your rheumatologist/consultant can make an important contribution to your welfare.

Hi, : Hi, often times, doctors have a specific amount of time alloted to see each patient. If there is more than one medical issue to be addressed, there may not be time during that visit. I recommend that you schedule an appointment with your doctor specifically to address these symptoms.  If you have these symptoms it could be a primary health issue or if may be secondary to something else. Things to ask your doctor include:
do you have raynaud's and if so, is it a primary or secondary condition?  What things can you do to prevent symptoms? Is treatment recommended? Does your doctor recommend that you see a rhematologist for this?

It is a vasospasm...: Raynaud's disease causes low blood flow in periphery, e.g. Fingers, due to spasm in small peripheral arteries like in hands and feet. Accordingly, discoloration, tingling, numbness, and even pain develop. Due to the already decreased circulating blood volume in dehydration, a raynaud's condition could conceivably appear worse.
