hi,my husband have bad gastric problm.he is taking rekool-l for past one year.but problem is not solved.what is the solution for this?

Rekool: Has he been tested for H pylori-a bacteria that can cause gastritis? If you do not  take antibiotics ( you need at least 2) it will not go away. So check for H pylori, consider endoscopy to check nothing else,check for food intolerances: gluten /soy tomatoes/ milk that can happen late in life , check gallbladder/liver /pancreas( sonongram) , check for thyroid/ Diabetes

Musculoskeletal pain: The chest pain from heart is behind the sternum and is after exertion
Your pain is probably musculoskeletal pain only
Over the Counter Aleve (naproxen) 500mg tablets 2xaday after food

Gastroenterologist: You should not stay on h2 blocker for ever make sure see gastroenterologist change your diet cut spice last meal 4 hour before sleep no soda cut caffeine no alcohol loose weight.

Read on: Well you have to find out the cause. For a new newborn  one should think about formula intolerance, if breast feeding could it be moms diet, could it be reflux, colic. Discuss with ur dr.

DSS: A commonly used stool softener is docussate sodium, or DSS (brand name Colace). Its a gel- capsule, and it softens and lubricates your stools. Increasing soluble fiber and drinking plenty of fluid is an even better and more healthy way to soften your stools. Add at least 2 tablespoons of soluble fiber (Metamucil, Citrucel, etc.) to a glass of juice or on cereal each day is usually enough.

Variability : Heart rate variability is a good prognostic factor. You are in a very hot climate, if you are dehydrated heart rate sensitivity is much higher.

i been having this discomfort feeling around lower bottom of my heart and near upper stomach near the heart. i got heartcheck no problems. check stomach doctor they said i have gastric mucosa. can anxiety make feel worse than normal?
