Allergies: Hard to tell  if you still have them or not, as some allergies tend to be outgrown whereas others don't. It will require allergy testing to determine your current status.

None: If it is Neuro Sleep on Amazon it contains 3 mg Melatonin. No problems with that and OTC Advil liquid. 
The  Advil liquid can irritate the stomach so take with food.

Try to space them: Out 4-6 hours apart. Nyquil has tylenol (acetaminophen) which is a pain killer and combining with advil would be a double whammy. If u already took both at the same time, it won't harm u. Take care!

Exacerbate symptoms : Advil can worsen your symptoms. It can be erosive to the lining of the stomach and esophagus when used for extended periods or in high doses. It should never be used for heartburn. Medications that reduce acid are indicated. See your primary care doctor before you do damage to your GI tract.

Yes: One Advil (ibuprofen) liquid gel is 200 mg and you can take up to 800 mg per dose of Ibuprofen which is Advil (ibuprofen).  Make sure you take it with some food in your stomach as it can make your stomach hurt.  It is better to get Motrin which is 400 mg or Ibuprofen 800 or 600 mg tabs if you need a higher dose than Advil (ibuprofen) so you are not taking too many tabs at a time.
