i been getting really bad heart burn and upper left side of stomach twitches some times and i have excessive burping this been going on for a 2 months doctor did a ct and said organ look fine and no obstruction in somtach i been takin protonix?

: Protonix can be helpful for heartburn but it can take a while for this to heal. A GI doctor can be helpful to treat these symptoms as well as to do an upper endoscopy to see if there is any damage to the stomach and/or esophagus that cannot be seen on a CT scan. So, see a GI doctor for the necessary testing, diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!

Unlikely: Some other hit, on a large belt, auto accident- seat belt etc.
Standard men's belt should not spontaneously cause harm, even in a skinny person.

Lots of reasons...: Have you undergone upper endoscopy to rule out gastric disease missed on x-ray or colonoscopy to assess the splenic flexure of the large bowel? Do you have underlying irritable bowel syndrome? Is your distress worsened or improved by meals, activity, deep breathing, palpation of ribs? Have you suffered any physical trauma recently to the area? What medications have been tried, & which have helped?

Several things: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  Left-sided pain can denote anything from constipation to colon cancer.  It's best to be checked.
