Seborrhea?: While this sounds like seborrheic dermatitis, no one can answer this without seeing it.  If it isn't gone in two weeks, and a trial of over-the-counter Hydrocortisone fails, check with your family physician; no rush.  I'm glad you are taking a proactive approach to your health. MD visit: The rash may be due to a number of conditions, including infections, contact dermatitis or allergic dermatitis. Since you both have a rash, this raises the possibility of an infection that has been transferred to the baby. If you are applying topical lotions or perfumed products this may lead to a contact dermatitis. Your physician will be able to determine the treatment for the underlying cause.

Get evaluated: A "Rash" can be an almost infinite number of problems including but not limited to infection, allergy, inflammation, auto-immune, cancer or others....If you have a concerning rash then you should have it evaluated by either your primary care doctor, a dermatologist, or ophthalmologist.

went to a pharmacy with a rash looking thing under my eye... they gave me cream for exsima , i put it on everyday but it keeps getting bigger? i suspect that its not exsima...

Dry skin or : Excema. Try lotions but you may need to see a derm doctor for steroid creams.
