Time: These type of injuries take about 6 weeks to heal.  A hinged elbow brace can be used to support the elbow and prevent further hyperextention, during healing.  Ice, nsaid's and therapy are also helpful.  Mostly it's a matter of time.

20y ulnar, median nerves torn & surgically fixed, can't fully stretch elbow yet but i go to gym and can't strengthen my triceps muscle it it's very hard to work without weight!any advice please thanks?

You only need to ask: The solution is follow the post operative instructions that should have been prescribed by your surgeon. You may need to push him for assistance for the proper rehabilitation protocol. If this is not possible, then inquire at your gym for an exercise coordinator for his input and assistance.

See ortho: Looks like you may have some nerve compression problem probably a delayed consequence from the previous accident.  You need to see an orthopedist asap.

i fell at work really hard on elbow got bone bruise 2 days ago. not to lift over2 lb. but besides that when i go to grip some i get a sharp painfrom wrist to elblow. i dont think bone bruise does that. i'm thinkin more as nerve , muscle ,,, can you?

i have a random sharp pain in my chest muscle. it almost goes from my elbow to the chest. i did work out and lift at the gym today. but could it be heart related?

: Does the pain increase with arm movement? If so, this is muscular pain that is not heart related. Does the pain increase with deep breathing? If so, it is more likely muscle pain. If you are unsure about the pain or if it is worsening even at rest, then call your doctor or go to the nearest ER or urgent care to get evaluated, including an EKG. It is unlikely to be your heart but never say never!

Pectoralis strain: Repetitive work with the right ue and body can strain the pectoralis muscle.  However, other things can present with this constellation of symptoms.  Would recommend evaluation by your doctor if it persists.

Ligamentous laxity: Is a common congenital condition that permits one to hyperextend joints and makes one "double-jointed". There is no need to worry about that when it occurs naturally. However, traumatic hyperextension injury is quite injurious. A knee brace when highly active or elbow protector can help.

They contract/relax: If one is "flexing" the arm, the biceps contract and the triceps and deltoids relax, and when extending the arm the triceps and part of the deltoids contract, and the biceps relax.
