Kidney/ureter  stone: I just now answered to a similar question. Please refer to that answer also. Musculskeletaal pain if you stained some muscle/pelvic inflammatory disease are other common possibilities. More detailed answer is in the other answer , i gave a patient from canada.

See your doctor: Right sided abdominal pain can be due to different causes like Appendicitis, Gallbladder stones/infection, Kidney stones/kidney infection for which a physical exam and further evaluation is very important. Important to know if the pain is in the upper, mid, lower part of right abdomen, if pain radiates, or if associated symptoms of fever, chills, diarrhea, constipation, nausea, vomiting, hematuria

Need an exam: Would like to give you specific advice but there are many different pelvic conditions that can cause pain.  You need to see a gynecologist for an examination. You may also need a pelvic ultrasound.  Please don't try to self diagnose your problem, you won't be able to.

If this only occurs : Prior to or during your period - look at otc meds for periods containing diuretics. If it happens regularly this could mean t you are wearing the incorrect bra size or a design that isn't right for you. Up to 85% of us women are wearing an incorrect cup or band size (or both).  Encourage you to go to specialty bra stop for  fitting & consultation. Having the correct support will add to comfort.

Costochondritis: This may be costochondritis where muscle fibers that attach to the rib may have small parts slightly tear away. A sudden twisting type movement could have caused this. This is a possible explanantion.

Muscle strain: The common cause would be a muscle sprain.  Do you skateboard or snowboard?  Rest and a heating pad.  If pain worsens and fails to resolve or if you develop fever, vomiting or are unable to sleep, you need to see a doctor.
