Unknown: A common element for many cases of appendicitis is obstruction of the opening, through which it connects with the rest of the intestinal tract(we often find stone-like material upstream from rupture points);however, this is not a universal finding nor do we understand why these appendicoliths form. My guess is that there are many factors that contribute to it developing considering how common it is.

Probably: If you are not having fever or chills and the incisions have no drainage or redness, then it's probably normal.

I assume: You mean swelling the right lower abdomen. Often this could be a symptom of bowel gas or constipation. If there is pain, tenderness, nausea, vomiting, fever, loss of appetite, etc. Then appendicitis can cause those symptoms. However, if it just feels a little puffy in the right lower abdomen it likely isn't appendicitis. See a doctor if you remain concerned.

Depends: If your appendix is not ruptured, you should be able to go home the next day.  If ruptured, you will likely require multiple days of IV antibiotics and days in the hospital.  Some patients, if done laparoscopically and their appendix is not ruptured, can go home the same day.

Good question.: It will not go away by itself.  It does not require treatment unless you get appendicitis.  And there is no known treatment.  Not all appendicoliths result in appendicits, but no one knows how many.  No one knows what fraction of acute appendicitis patients have appendicoliths (just that it is higher than normal) or how many patients with appendicoliths eventually develop appendicitis.

Absolutely !: Constipation can cause abdominal discomfort in any number of areas.  I recommend a diet with plenty if fruits, vegetables and water, and a fiber supplement such as metamucil.  If no improvement see your family md.

Yes: That's how it happens sometimes. There is an abscess in the appendix, and it grows bigger, swelling and causing pain. Then the abscess leaks out of the appendix and the pressure inside decreases (called a burst appendix), causing less pain. The infection now is in the general abdominal area and will grow, thus needing treatment to avoid death in some hours or days.

Separate issues: If you have a "bad appendix and liver" then you should take appropriate actions to help yourself and smoking weed is not one of the things that you should be doing.   See a specialist in liver diseases and he/she can  hopefully get you pointed in the right direction. Not dealing  with a bad appendix ( ie surgery)  and bad liver can possibly lead to very dangerous consequences in the future.
