Urine infection?: Have your doctor check your urine for an infection which may require antibiotics

Probably okay: Yellow is generally considered a normal color for urine.  Red, brown, or black urine is *not* normal. 

If it seems more yellow than usual, it could be a sign that it is more concentrated.  Be sure to drink plenty of water and keep an eye on things.  If something still seems off, i'd recommend a visit to your doctor to do a check up and test your urine.

Normal: Overnight urine is more concentrated than during the day because you don't have anything to drink whilst asleep + your pituitary gland secretes anti-diuretic hormone which causes kidney to reabsorb more filtered urine at night. Both result in lower urine production &amp; increased concentration.

Colored urine: I'd get that checked out by my primary care doctor.  There are too many possibilities to list them all here.  You need a physical exam and a urinalysis done first.

Need to visit doctor: Many over-the-counter pills, creams, and magic potions are advertised to make erections firmer, erections last longer, or a penis bigger, but they do not work (except maybe to give a man extra confidence, which can help a little bit). One can see his primary care doctor or a urologist if one has trouble with erections (due to blood flow problems, low testosterone, psychological stress, etc...).

Hydration status.: In general, if you are well hydrated, your urine will become more dilute as your body eliminates surplus water, appearing less yellow. If you ingest foods or vitamins that color the urine, urine appearance is no longer a good gauge of hydration status. The importance of 'staying hydrated' is likely somewhat overstated, so be careful when consuming large volumes of free water.

Yes if from vitamins: And you intend to continue taking them. Vitamins and many medications contain dyes which can color the urine.

Start a new vitamin?: Normal urine color ranges from pale yellow to deep amber — the result of a pigment called urochrome and how diluted or concentrated the urine is.
