Fix the fracture: Double vision probably means the fracture is large enough that it is causing orbital fat to escape through the fracture (usually down into maxillary sinus, sometimes sideways into ethmoid sinus) or is entrapping muscle, either way it needs to be fixed with surgery.  Definitely also need to see an ophthalmologist to make sure you didn't injure your globe (eyeball).

Not normal: If you have an orbital fracture and now you are seeing double (diplopia) then you probably have an entrapped eye muscle.  You need to see an Ear/Nose/Throat doctor as soon as possible.

Exam and scan: It depends how extensive it is. An ENT doctor should do a thorough history and exam and get a ct scan. If it is a small fracture without any impairment of vision, then it often can just be watched. If it is a bigger fracture, it can lead to sagging of the eye in the socket and vision problems and would need surgical repair.

Not necessarily: While double vision can be a symptom of an orbital fracture, not all orbital fractures cause double vision. If you are concerned about a fracture, especially if you were struck in the eye, you should see your doctor, even if you don't have double vision.

See surgeon: if you are still having double vision on lateral gaze there may be an entrapment of muscle  or nerev within the orbit.  You do not say how long after surgery it is now.  Speak to your surgeon to determine what to expect or what is next step if sufficient time has past for recovery.

Need exam first.: You need to see an Ophthalmologist  for a thorough evaluation.  This will determine the cause. Once the cause is known, then the doctor can determine what your options are.

i accidentally hit myself in the eye with my hand. i am not experiencing any pain, redness, bruising, or blurred vision. is it possible i have caused any damage? 6 months ago i had an orbital fracture in the same eye and am worried about re-injury?

: you don’t mention when this occurred, however if you don’t have any discomfort at this time it is highly unlikely you caused any damage to the eye. The surface of the eye, called the cornea is very sensitive to trauma and you would have had pain immediately

Concussion!?: See the Dr ASAP as it sounds like you have  at the least a POST CONCUSSIVE SYNDROME, but a rarer and more serious Sub-dural hematoma (SDH) may cause these symptoms too, so get urgent care to be assessed. best wishes.
