my son has de novo 0.20mb 6q21 duplication. i drank 34 us standard drinks 4 days before estimated conception date from 11 week dating scan, which is within the +/- 7 day margin of error for dating scan. is it possible the alcohol caused this?

: It  is likely the chromosomal abnormality existed in the egg (or sperm) before it was released. In medicine we are taught to never say never, but this type of random event is difficult to pin on a specific triggering mechanism.

Second one: Thirteen weeks is a trimester, or 91 days, which puts your date if conception around the 3rd of May. Since there is an error factor of +/- 5d - 2weeks, you will probably need to do paternity testing, since within this error factor, either one could be the dad, within the error if the testing technique. Dad #2 is the front runner in this calculation, but can't rule out #1 by dates alone
