: Lexotanil (bromazepam), is a benzodiazepine (benzo) like Valium Ativan, Xanax, and Klonopin. Like all benzos, it's extremely habit-forming, and the withdrawal is dangerous once dependent on it. If you have never taken benzos, or don't take them daily, then ten 3 mg pills (30 mg) is an overdose requiring medical attention. If you are heavily addicted, it might be the dose you need to feel normal

Dangerous!!: Lexotanil is a benzodiazepine like valium, xanax (alprazolam) and libriun.  Overdosage leads to a serious degree of CNS depression which can result in developing unconsciousness, and failure of different organ systems such as heart and lungs.  Immediate medical attention is required.

Lexotanil: Lexotanil is used for anxiety and tension. If prescribed by your doctor you should take it and the dose is 6-12 mg a day.

Anti-anxiety agent: I presume this is for anxiety reasons. I think the idea of reflexively taking drugs for minor anxiety can cause more problems than it solves. Lexotanil is a benzodiazipine that, if taken chronically, can lead to dependence. As for an alternative, Atarax (hydroxyzine) is as effective and has fewer problems.  Consider increasing your exercise. Make yourself do a brisk walk or bicycle. Get outside!

Bad. You are young.: Long term use of any drug to be avoided. These two are potent. Bromazepine, Lexotanil is addictive, you become tolerant and withdrawal is a big problem. 
Seroxat , Paroxetine may affect libido, cause anorgasmia, is to be avoided in pregnancy, increased risks of thoughts about suicide. 
Come off them, BUT SLOWLY UNDER MEDICAL SUPERVISION.

Drug interactions: Taking Seroxat (Paxil) and Wellbutrin XL together may increase levels of Seroxat, which can lead to risk of seizures and other adverse effects. This depends on the doses prescribed). Wellbutrin and lexotanil (bromazepam) don't have any specific interactions, but should only be prescribed in combination by an experienced provider (i.e. a psychiatrist or GP).
