Basics:  Food or other sensitivities can develop on any day of your life &amp; would be expected to persist thereafter. It can be a food additive/seasoning/or the food itself. A diary to document exposures/reactions is often the best way to keep track of such a problem. There are skin/blood tests for some agents/foods but they are not always helpful/accurate.

You need  to consult an immunologist at an university center as well as an endocrinologist.  If you are in the older age group, you need to be evaluated for pernicious anemia which may be the cause for your low B12.  You should be on cortisol replacement. Has food allergies limited your dietary intake?

There are many web-based resources, and web sites that will give you a list of foods or recipes you can purchase from them that are safe for your given combo of allergies.
