Yes but only if . . : Cialis is a prescription medication so make sure your family doctor knows what you're taking. You can't Cialis (and its competitors) if you're also taking nitrates/nitroglycerin. Cialis is now available as a daily medication rather than just as needed. There are no reasons not to fly while taking medication. If you're the pilot, you'll need to check w/canada's faa re possible impact on color visio.

Cialis can be split.: Tadalafil pills (cialis) can be split & taken without altering its performance. Lilly, the maker of cialis, warns against splitting because the pills are not scored. This could result in an uneven split, and therefore differences in drug dose. Some drugs cannot be split because they have a special coating that regulates drug release: this is not the case with cialis.

It depends.: Whether Cialis is safe depends on several factors.  Do you take any other medications?  If your doctor prescribes both Cialis and Micardis for you, then likely it is fine.  Do not drink alcohol though. Discuss your concerns with your doctor to be extra safe, and be honest about alcohol or recreational drug use. Also be sure to tell your doctor about all over the counter medication &amp; supplement use

: Priapism is a peristant erection which does not go away and requires treatment. Your multiple erections are not that. At your age it is rare to need cialis. If you have no erectile problems suggest dont take it- it is not needed

: In general a switch from 5 mg to 10 mg Cialis can be done without waiting . Generally just need to take HigherDOSE the next day.

Should be fine: Cialis can be prescribed as a daily dose regimen (2.5 and 5 mg daily) or as needed versions (10 to 20 mg) which last up to 36 hours.  The as needed versions probably shouldn't be used more than every 48 hours as a result.  As long as you don't have liver failure, drug should be safe.  You should also have an evaluation for ED looking at hormonal and lipid panels as well. Talk to a urologist.

Shouldnt: While it should not normally affect it, i could not say for sure without knowing how much saw palmetto is in it and if there are any other herbs. With your age, if you have noticed changes in your Cialis effectiveness and ed, and after taking saw palmetto, you may want to think of non-organic causes of ed, such as psychosocial issues contributing. Discuss with your prescribing physician.

OK-use caution: You could simply use 20mg of the Cialis to achieve the same desired effect for as needed erections, as that medication is already in your system for the BPH issues i assume.  Viagra (sildenafil) can be used, but be aware of the risks of priapism (erection over 4hours etc).  You can not take these meds ever if you are on nitroglycerine for your heart as it can cause severe issues with your blood pressure.

Both are fine: Low dose Aspirin is fine w/any oral pde-5 inhibitor such as cialis, levitra, (vardenafil) staxyn, stendra & viagra. Low dose Aspirin can also be used w/alprostadil although you'd want to be more careful if you inject into your penis.
