Vitamin B: BBB6 deficiencies are more common than vitamin B12 deficiencies. Vegetarians and vegans may need to supplement their intake of these vitamins as many sources are found in animal products. 
Both water soluble and excesses eliminated.

Different issues: Vitamin B6 is different from B12 and in general vitamin supplements are not needed for weight loss. Physical exercise along with diet remain the mainstay of a weight loss program. For high cholesterol statins are most of the time part of the plan.

Nobody really knows: There are thousands of supplements advertised to do all sorts of remedies. Very few supplements have real research studies to show benefits and risks (but manufacturers make claims based on theories, animal tests, testimonials, chemical similarities, etc... but not based on real research because research is hard to do). Probably safer to take a multivitamin and drink things without additives.

They lower...: Homocysteine, a toxic metabolite in the blood. Homocysteine accelerates atherosclerosis.  There or other numerous benefits of these vitamins, which are each responsible for anemia if deficient.

Yes and no: Lexapro (escitalopram) has no direct interaction with vitamin b6 or vitamin b12. Deficiency of vit B12 can cause depression or even dementia among other things. The same holds for folic acid, another b vitamin. Sometimes we will prescribe vitamin b6 for women who have a depressive reaction to the Progesterone component of birth control pills. L-methyl folate is used to boost the effects of drugs like lexapro (escitalopram).

Two would be tops: for the whole day. Up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults. That's roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two "energy shot" drinks. Although caffeine use may be safe for adults, it's not a good idea for children.

Yes for some-depends: B6, B12 & Folic Acid all lower homocysteine, a metabolite of methionine.High homocysteine is a better predictor of risk of heart disease & stroke than cholesterol, high BP & smoking! these vits. Are proven to lower stroke risk but not yet proven to reduce heart attack risk-but likely will for anyone with high homocysteine. See
